About Me
Understanding that we all approach turbulent waters at some point, it can seem impossible to ride out those waves on our own. How do I get back to feeling like my old self? Why do I feel stuck? How can I get through this? Can I do this on my own? Sometimes that answer is no, sometimes we need that push. Let's work together to build stability, understanding, and calmness. Let's create a place for you to grow. I approach clients with genuine curiosity and respect. I want you to take your journey as I help illuminate the path. I work with clients to identify stressors in hopes of building awareness to work through heightened emotions.

I primarily practice Person-Centered Therapy. This enables me to create an environment that allows clients to work on becoming their best possible selves. I value supporting clients in the development of critical self-awareness. During this process, clients will learn to look within and reflect on the past without becoming stuck there.

Growth, exploration, and reflection can be confusing, uncomfortable, and downright painful. I am here to help guide you through the troubled waters as they come and go. Let’s connect to see the best place for you to start.
